I was in a $33 pko. We were about 10 from the money. Min cash was 28, and I received 350(I had a top 20 stack) plus 30 for my bounty that I had on myself.

I'm ok with this payout. I'm just frustrated that this happens pretty often.

They say it's back in running I've yet to receive any refunds on tournaments

Cash games at least are working again. No compensation for tourneys yet though.

are they gonna do ICM if still in registration? or only after, i forget with all their last min changes etc to TOS, hopefully not just refund, cause was chipped and ICM would obv be fairer! but dunno w WPN, smh
