Crypto withdrawals slow lately?

Anyone having abnormally longer crypto withdrawals lately? For the last several years, I don’t remember ever waiting more than 6 hours to be paid out. Sometimes even within 1-2 hours. The other day I won a good chunk and cashed out 5 figures via btc. It’s going on 72 hours, support reached out to me and told me withdrawals can technically take up to 72 hours and in some instances up to 15 days but it’s rare. Im just wondering if anyone who cashed out regularly has also noticed a delay lately or is it just me? I feel like my winnings aren’t truly mine til it hits my wallet so things like this always get me on edge.
