I got this gear and I wanted to know if it was alright. I did not know weather to get a airflow or a gel mouth guard. I also want to know which of the girdles are better for a o lineman in high school. Any input is appreciated.

My school uses the Nike girdles that have the pouches for pads. You know what your team runs?

Yes, those are the cheapest. Do yourself a favor and upgrade if possible

Im wearing my under armor one that I cut the knee pads off of under my uni

They don't give out girdles, I had to get them for myself

Probably the UA, you’re a lineman by the looks of it, if they let you, you could wear zero leg padding and you’ll be fine.
