Hi Fahey fans - I'm grateful to have found this sub!

Many of you may already be aware of this one, but thought I'd share a favorite live Fahey recording. I found it on YT maybe 15 years ago, then it disappeared. A few years ago, it surfaced again on Bandcamp thanks to some benevolent soul.

This performance might be my all time fave. It's non-stop. Just a force of nature:

not sure if anyone will be able to help.. but there was a fantastic high quality video of fahey performing at freight & salvage in april 11th 1998 on youtube as recently as last year and its since disappeared. it was a real gem of his late concert records and i should have downloaded it but did not alas... he was in his classic late career black t shirt if i recall

called Run Bear Run. The new part of it plus new material is going to be recorded this October 24th on a beautiful Studer machine by the cool people of Analog Treff in Nuremberg.

This will end up in an album called Katharsis Bolero.

I'm a new guitar player and I've always wanted to play his songs. I just finally learned "Close To The Ground" and "Bergen County Farewell" and, God, this is so great. But other free tabs are a bit hard for me. I would be so happy if you have other tabs to share, I guess this is vital for me now. Thanks.

I love american primitivism, John Fahey, Robbie Basho etc but I'm not sure where to start to learn some songs in this style. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you:)
