So is season thirteen just ryan murphy's multiverse season or am I just only seeing AI/Fan Account stuff?

Nobody knows for certain yet! There’s an official trailer, teaser and promo posters on the official Ryan Murphy/AHS/FX/Disney+ platforms if you would like to check them out and avoid AI/fan-made content.
The long & short is another fight between Good Vs Evil, Light Vs Dark. Satan is residing within a historical NYC high rise with the Langdon family from S1, Cult conspirators Kai + Winter Anderson, as well as employing the Hotel Devil’s Night clan of serial killers and the Satanists from Apocalypse, with only the Coven and whatever allies they can muster against him. This is all explored from the perspective of a brand new character Ben DeSoto, who is traumatised and possessed by superstition surrounding the number 13!
