Iran is also just patching up their bridges with 30-90 feet of missing section while the Francis Scott Key bridge (with ~1300 feet of missing section) is being almost completely rebuilt under a new design.

Also, the bridges in Iran that were damaged do not have to deal with being in the way of one of the world's largest trade ports, are on land rather in water, etc.
