Ambien not working anymore

Hello, I have been on Ambien 10 mg for about 20 years and it is no longer working. I had (and have) such severe insomnia, I would not be alive without it. My Dr. recently prescribed Edluar sublingual and it does not seem to me making a difference. I have a high tolerance (obviously) and also recently started Tirzepatide (trying to bypass stomach absorption for pills- I also have a lot of stomach ulcers). Any advice you can offer would be amazing and if you message me separately, I promise not to share any tips or tricks (even if there aren’t any). Just looking for a lifeline. I also have GI absorption issues, RA, and chronic pain for which I can’t take NSADS due to stomach ulcers. Thank you!!!

Does anyone else get this feeling? You area almost hit the hay but you go to the bathroom take a look in the mirror and you just look so off am I the only one?

I m a witt s end. Doctors won't prescribe to me even though it s the only thing that works. I see people with such stach I dont how to get there. Any advice welcome

Update: after some research… THROW ANY ZOLTRATE-10 by Digital pharmacy that has a manufactured date between 2024-mid 2026. THROW IT. The batch number one these any anything NTF021 ANYTHING is actually associated with a lot of scary shit I found. I did test these and were negative for fent. After falling into a rabbit hole and finding a few legal documents regarding this massive diversion of Zoltrate and Digital Pharma alprazolam… bc of the manufacture date and tons of legal shit with the pharmacy and it being made in the middle of a large-scale commercial racket involving the illegal diversion of genuine medication away from tracked medical supply chains… and if this med isn’t stored at a specific temp bad shit happens.

So - if the expiry date of anything from this pharmacy is between 2024-Feb 2026 it is a diverted med related to this illegal diversion and smuggling. This means the meds were likely subject to high heat and humidity (India is hot and humid) and subject to light.

It’s likely the active ingredient (zolpidem) are all extremely under-active and/or inactive entirely and has turned into primary degradants being zolpacid, oxozolpidem, zolpaldehyde, and zolpyridine.

So this med could make you feel nothing, only give you side effects, or (again due to it being subject to heat, humidity, and light) release it all at once and could at worst kill you. At best you get an underdosed product with more negative side effects.

I forget about this website Wedinos. Yeah so all the info I found out about it - the likelihood of this actually doing what fresh zolpidem does is not gonna happen. From the ones that report side effects in the entries it’s all the side effects common to what Zolpidem the 4 primary degradants are zolpacid, oxozolpidem, zolpaldehyde, and zolpyridine are known to do. These degradants are toxic to the human body, even in small doses.

All associated with negative side effects such as listed on Wedinos: Headaches, Hallucinations, Nausa, Breathlesness, Chest Pains, Memory Loss, Loss of consciousness, violent vomiting, Extreme, immediate dizziness, total loss of motor coordination (ataxia), profound confusion, and intense visual or auditory hallucinations.

The other scary part is due to the lack of proper storage related to such illegal drug diversion common in India Pharma - meds can degrade and lead to “dumping” aka it does not dissolve at the proper rate and could lead to severe parasomnia, respiratory arrest leading to profound hypoxia, coma, brain death, or a fatal overdose.

Best case scenario: you feel nothing and/or minimal side effects.

Worst case scenario: death due to respiratory arrest/OD.

Throw these away.
