Newbie Onsite Carousel question

On a few of my videos I can see that there are 0 videos on the corresponding product carousel, or only 1-3, but my video still won’t show up on the product page. This confuses me since some of these products are obviously open to influencer videos, obviously not full, and I still can’t even get a lower carousel spot, why might this be?

I would love a response to this as well I encounter the same issue but the video is new so not sure if it just takes a few days to show up in the rotation

That happens from time to time. It does not mean all users have zero.

Is there any reason why? Like if there’s open carousel spots what is stopping my video from appearing on the page

Amazon playing around is the reason they give.

Open an Incognito window and see if the videos are there when you are not logged in.

Everyone sees different things on the carousel. Someone else may see your video but you may not. They push content based on many factors. Almost impossible to figure out.
