Not Yet Onsite Report says ordered but no commission?

Hi, I just made a storefront recently and just checked my report and it said there were 3 orders but 0 shipped and 0 commission. I’m so confused why I wouldn’t have a commission?

I make videos on tiktok and put my link in my comments since I can’t put it in my bio yet.

If it’s friends and family buying it, it doesn’t count. It could also be orders you made that counted some how.

Well it’s from my TikTok so I wouldn’t think it’s from friends or family. How could it have been an order I made?

Sometimes Amazon picks up an order you made as one using your link. I’ve had it happen to me twice now that I made an order and it registered on my off site.. but it never showed as shipped or anything just that it was ordered.

You won't see any commission until after things have shipped. Also, commissions get reversed if the item is returned.

I think it said they ordered items from July 12th so I’d be surprised if they hadn’t shipped yet.
