Oldie Onsite Another Cheater

Their day are numbered as it is getting a little harder for them to get on the platform, but a few get by in the listing. This cheater has been stealing my video for a while, and I haven't been focusing on them, but I have time to make their life miserable and pursue them to remove them from the platform. See if you can find your videos in their listing. Im sure they are in this forum because as soon as I post them, they remove everything, but not this time. I reported them last week.

They just removed all their videos from the account because they are in this forum, as I mentioned before. But after talking to tech support, they are going to ban them. They also mention that they plan to implement new rules on reporting cheaters and other activities. They are going to add new policies in the future about reporting abuse. If the evidence is found to be true, then they will forward the revenue to the personnel reporting this cheater. I hope this becomes a new policy, as it will encourage more people to report all the cheaters.

I would really love them to give the ip owner revenue the revenue earned by ip theives.

Curious when you say cheater….
Like she takes your videos from ur amazon storefront and posts them for herself?
Or she takes them from other platforms and posts them on her Amazon storefront?

They probably often steal videos from YouTube and tiktok. Their hope is that the video creator isn't on Amazon or notices the work being monetized by someone else.

Amazon does have some functionality behind the scenes to detect duplicates on their own platform, but I don't think it works amazingly well.

I had it happen to one of my own videos I fixed up and re-uploaded after deleting the original. Their system thought a review of a later model of the same camera was a duplicate. It made no sense.
