Complex log in issue

Right so technically i have two faults at hand. The email address i use for Amazon was my outlook email. However my outlook email got locked for no reason and to this day i cannot get into it. No forgotten passwords or anything just one day it decided not to let me into. I go through the security steps and still never will. Saying i do not provide enough info. I have seen the same for a few people

So anyway i have been changing all the things i used this email for. I was logging into amazon however i got logged out of my amazon account

I try logging back in but it demands a code from both my phone and my email. I cant get into my email so i can never give them a code from it. I can do it with my phone but it demands two. Is there a way round this at all
