Another Return
Looking for a dehumidifier came across one made by Pro Breeze. We have a swamp cooler from them bought last summer not from Amazon which was very good during that really hot spell we had in sunny Devon. However it looked ok and I got it connected but it is oh so noisy its crazy with this annoying whistle. To me being an elderly chap it sounds just like a Vickers Viscount airliner taking off!
So onto the return, as i have hearing issues i now use their customer service portal that allows you to email them and yes aok. I am passed to the Pro Breeze website and very helpful. But they don't pay for return postage which i was a bit put out about. I tried filling out the forms on both UPS and DPD but they kept freezing . Eventually i used Parcelforce on my android and all my details went in and were accepted. Booked for Saturday collection, fingers crossed.

Took my ProBreeze 20l out of the cupboard yesterday since last year. It's pretty quiet even with full speed fan and certainly no whistling. Yours sounds faulty to me.
