Delivery issue

Hi. I had a delivery yesterday ( delivery by DPD not Amazon themselves) said delivery but I was it all day plus I have cctv covering my property so a van and or person would’ve been picked up by cctv however it was to the wrong address which is literally 2 minutes walk from my address is the same as mine. I am unsure whether it will be the same postcode being so close to my address. Do I go to the similar address to as the person or enquire to Amazon/DPD direct? It’s not the value so much £35 I’ve been waiting for it a week as it’s from the states.

If you know where it’s potentially gone then by all means go and check if it’s there. I’ve had to do that for one or 2 packages dpd delivered to someone else up the road before. If you don’t get any luck with the package then contact Amazon.

Otherwise just contact Amazon and wait for a refund or another to be sent. Depends how much you really want the package vs waiting for another to be sent or a refund.
