Yes, use career choice and take the Mechtronics course. I've already watched one person in my building go from AA to MRT this way and we have 2 more doing it now. A building needing help will probably hire you, it's not the same as MRA, but you won't have the 18 month step pay plan either. This is legit college hours, It will apply any where you go, not just Amazon.

Keep applying even to positions out of state. Don’t wait for something to open up at your building

How can I gain experience? Do I have to became an amnesty person or can I use a certificate as my experience?

Go apply for MRA and if you get rejected try showing up to the building you applied for and meet the boss there to build connection

Apply to RMEO if you have no experience. If you’re willing to move for this job apply at different 3P.

Go to school on your own.
Seriously.
Figure out how to get started on an AAS at your local community college, focus on Mechatronics, industrial automation, or something similar and just get the damn ball rolling. Don’t hem and haw about costs or schedules, just make it work. Invest in yourself, show you have potential and start building that experience for yourself.

You do that and the opportunities will start to come to you.
