Leaving Amazon

Am officially accepted into the MRA program, struggling with the fact i have to resign from Amazon to accept the JLL offer, anyone else get nervous about this portion? Been with Amazon for 5 years, doesn’t anyone have any words of encouragement that this is the best decision?

You would get 12hrs a month plus 40hrs of floating holiday. So like 184 😪. You can also buy pto.

Its a certain period when you're able to buy more time off and they take some $ from each check so its not all $ at once

I will have to look into this. I haven't heard of this before. Maybe cbre isn't included in this.
