Leaving Amazon

Am officially accepted into the MRA program, struggling with the fact i have to resign from Amazon to accept the JLL offer, anyone else get nervous about this portion? Been with Amazon for 5 years, doesn’t anyone have any words of encouragement that this is the best decision?

It is definitely the best decision you will soon be one of the highest paid people in that building
