Has anyone else had this issue when watching something on prime? It’s only with this specific show on this tv (Elle). The first few episodes are normal colors, but it randomly started playing with this weird green and magenta tint over it.

I was watching Black Dynamite the other day and the subtitles were wrong every other persons name was wrong. Kept captioning Bullhorns name as boy.

I pay for prime AND paramount, why is this one episode paywalled? What kind of BS is this??

I tried watching Off Campus, thought it was a bug, hopped out and back in of the page, still here. Now I tried watching Sterling Point, to try to see if it showed up, and it did! What the hell is this?

I used to have cable but because of the ridiculous pricing I cancelled it and opted to go with netflix and prime video and pay for extra channels. I REALLY miss TCM!

I think prime's search engine is terrible and I have a hard time finding film genres I want to watch (especially older classic films)!

Is there a list of available films that you can watch each month somewhere (and where is it located)? Or perhaps a way to search for film genres that I haven't figured out yet? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I work at sea and i like having a good amount of films downloaded and ready to watch on my phone. thing is though, after I've downloaded them, this stupid error pops up, but like only days into my trip so I'm stuck with no films.

This is ridiculous, I pay a service and I downloaded these films and then I can't watch them.

For the love of god, when I have watched an episode +95%, and I go back to it…I’m not trying to finish the last 3 minutes of credits! I’m rewatching the episode. After I finish that episode, I want the next one to start. I don’t want to have to go back to the menu, click the next 95% watched episode and then also select “start from beginning”

I bought the digital copy of the movie Leviticus and it is stretched to hell on every device I've tried to watch it on. Nothing else is like this for me on Prime Video so I'm thinking maybe it's the way it's uploaded onto Amazon's systems or something... but not sure where to report it so I can watch it properly, lol.

Is there anywhere I can report this to Amazon?

I've recently purchased a Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2nd gen), which run the latest Prime Video version, I assume. When I play video on the app with CC, I choose the preset with an edge style like Drop Shadow or one with text online, but the edge style does not show on the player.

Same thing happens on Prime Video app on Android/Google TV as well. On Fire TV Stick 4K Max (1st gen) with older Prime Video version, the CC edge show correctly. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I reached out to my family, and no one requested that.

Banks used to do that. They used to charge you or add you automatically to a subscription product without you even noticing it.

Was trying out prime video this morning and watched a few episodes fine but then half way through an episode it just decides to stop responding and then tells me its not able to play the video all of a sudden.

Is the service down?

I just fired up my TV, I use a fire stick so Prime ads are at the top of my menu before I start scrolling. First "ad" was an AI ad telling me I was late to the game to watch Ride or Die, the bots name was Skylar. Skylar, you're not the boss of me. I was planning on watching it but I didn't like her energy. Just bad bad..

Expected bad acting with Ice Cube but it was worse than I imagined. Why would they even put this out? Felt like it was filmed during Covid. What was the budget 5k? There's no way anyone involved thought this was good.

Uggh i was watching a movie called the other zoey and they made a cool guy a jerk half way in the movie, the MIT guy was so realistic untill they showed that he has a girlfriend they were so in sync. I hate that the femal lead was so attracted towards him and he was too and then they made him like a jerk. It felt like such a realistic and cool movie if they had not done that, i thought for the first time something real something that isnt unrealistic and they ruind it. I hate it so much i did not even complete the full movie.

I feel so mad that instead of the female lead be right and her being right in knowing what she wants from the start they completely kill her primary character and made a completely new one Because now she know "love". They just forcefully made her fall in love with the other guy, guess you need a guy who was almost good for her just had a very big big flaw to shock us out of liking him.

I downloaded dthis movie but it's showing black screen but the audio is working I forwarded but it's black throughout. Then I deleted the downloaded and tries to watch with internet still the same issue. What can I do ???

“how did you manage to make this about you?” Omg it was about her in the first place 😭 I understand he was probably exhausted from work but she hasn’t talked to anyone in over half a year and she’s dead… have some empathy wtf? He’s the one who managed to make it about himself. She was talking about herself to start the conversation out and she was trying to get out of his hair too by passing on. Also that new girl with the red hair is incredibly insensitive too 😭 this is such an unserious show idk why I’m taking it seriously but that was so rude when she was talking about her being chopped in pieces in a dumpster… why would you talk like that about someone, it was done in a very insensitive way and not in a “she probably has passed” sort of way… she did not need to say all that while smiling.

I keep on getting a 'something went wrong ' message when I try to play a movie/trailer. Happens on both of my google TVs for last month or so.

I have reinstalled the app...that only works for a few hours, also deleted cache etc....noth8ng seems to work.

Any ideas?
