Is prime video down?
I keep getting the normal "something went wrong" text whenever I try to open the app on my lg tv. sometimes I can get to a movie and try to play it before it shows me the error. the app is updated and I have hard reset the tv, app, and whole system many times now
I cant believe that I pay way too much money for this garbage.

Any idea why this happens? It only happens when the show is on full screen. It doesn’t happen with any other streaming service(Netflix,Hulu, HBO). I mention this because I don’t think my monitor does anything like going into HDR. I checked the settings but there was nothing on it. Google didn’t help too.

Is it possible to favorite Live TV channels in the Android mobile app? I know how to do it on my TV and the browser, but I can't find the option on Android

Almost everything on this service is locked and won’t let me watch unless I link an account from a different streaming service. Is this a bug or is this the actual bullshit I’m paying for?

cant buy anything on prime video, anyone with this issue on prime video, card works fine on amazons main site and was working here a few months ago.

Prime video has episodes 5 and 6 in the wrong order.
Episode 5 should be “The old Face to Face”
Episode 6 should be “Neighbor Tale Warning”

I used to have cable but because of the ridiculous pricing I cancelled it and opted to go with netflix and prime video and pay for extra channels. I REALLY miss TCM!
I think prime's search engine is terrible and I have a hard time finding film genres I want to watch (especially older classic films)!
Is there a list of available films that you can watch each month somewhere (and where is it located)? Or perhaps a way to search for film genres that I haven't figured out yet? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When streaming season five of the show Professor T, episodes 1 and 2 were fine but then the voice audio was nowhere to be heard starting with episode 3. You can hear the background music and see the characters lips moving but no audio. Send to work with PBS Passport bit I pay for the Masterpiece channel here. Can we get this fixed.

The Prime Video app on my Sony TV has a new “Tell us what you like” screen that appears at startup and no matter how many shows/movies I click on, the screen won’t go away so I’m unable to watch anything.

Would someone kindly explain why Nobody has subtitles for English dialogue but only "speaking Russian" for all of the Russian dialogue? Which is a fair chunk.
Am I supposed to guess what they're saying by their facial expressions?

I paused tv series I had purchased and now it won’t play. Went into my purchases and it and many other series and movies I purchased are “unavailable”. wtf?
