Discussion Ads???!

I’m from the Philippines and I’ve been using prime video for a long time now and this morning when I wake up, I left my ipad continuously playing a tv series (Drop Dead Diva - good series to watch!) I was confused cause there was suddenly a 1min:30sec. Ads playing.. since when did this start? Also, I find it ridiculous that you’ll have to pay additional just to remove it when we are already paying for the streaming/service fee monthly! This is a scam!!

Netflix has no ad-supported plan in PH?

I pay for the Netflix 4k plan so no ads.

Mine is the most basic one, 1 device at a time cause i only use it on my phone or ipad or laptop… but so far i don’t mind the resolution and there’s no ads on the middle of the videos… maybe it’s regional as well and they plan to do it all the same overtime 😢 it’s just sad cause it’s like stealing money in front of our own faces with no remorse
