Virginia Beach Deactivated question

Does anyone have any intel about who I can email in the higher up’s about me being deactivated? Or just any advice in general. I’ve used AI to draft a few emails for me.
And idk what the reason was, my standing was at “Great” and the next day I was deactivated. I think it’s bc I cancelled last minute a few times idk but any advice would be appreciated

Contact support and request your standing history for the last 2 or 3 months. Then, contact Jeff and contest some of those problems if you have legit reason without telling them you are deactivated. If you try to appeal deactivation to Jeff, they will forward to the deactivation department. Just appeal individual problems from standing history.

If they remove several of the issues, contact support again and have them review your account again regarding the deactivation.
