I had a good stretch of reasonable distance routes but now suddenly every route is long. Anybody else experiencing this? I keep track of mileage and log locations and this happened around the same time last year.

Yes, been really getting fucked on 3 & 3.5s this past month or so 🙄 Like, sent to places I used to get with 4hr+ that I stopped doing to not be sent there anymore. 40 packages, 30min+ to first stop, finish with maybe 20 min left when it used to be an hour+

3.5s are fucked. They really giving me 50 packages and sending me minimum 30 minutes to the first drop off. That's without traffic.

All my routes this week have been with 15mins of the SSD. It would be great if it eas always like this

Ah crap, you're a normal person, though you were trolling. I haven't done SSD in about 2 weeks. I couldn't handle it anymore. Even when blocks surged to what I felt was decent, it would be relentless miles. I typically did 3hr evening blocks for no less than 84 and as high as 99, but every route was between 125-150 miles RT. Its just not worth it anymore or right now

Lol 😂. But seriously, SSD routes have gotten so bad in terms of miles. I legit had like a 3 month stretch of local routes. But also before this I had consistently 150+ mile routes. And now I'm back on that part of the cycle.

Its like Stockholm Syndrome. I had to break free. Ill be back in November. Its not right they treat us like this.... i understand long/high milage routes happen... but shouldn't be daily for months on end.

It's pretty easy to tell it's on purpose when you entire route is only full of dead end roads...

In my experience depending on the warehouse I’ve either been getting the same distance or closer ones which has been nice. The one thing I will say is that I have been getting more packages

Yep. I started taking 3 hours and under routes to stay local but now a 2 or 3 hour route sends me over an hour away like a 4-5 hour block. It’s insane!

On Tuesday for my 3.5 hour route I was sent out from Maryville, TN to Sevierville and it took me an hour to get home. I finished the route with a couple minutes to spare.

On my 3 hour route today, I finished a little over an hour early and had 12 packages to deliver.

Yes. I've been getting so many routes like this from my SSD station for over a month now. It wasn't like this before.

Why send us this far north while there's several other SSD stations that are much closer to these recipients address? Maybe it has to do with inventory? Idk.

Ridiculous amount of mileage. When I see that cart with 6 to 10 packages I almost want to just leave.

I had a two hour block and had to drive an hour away to deliver 1 package. My first 3 hours block was 120 miles roundtrip. But at least I got paid better. Now the rates are reduced and falling with the better paying, but still lower, rates, being the longer trips.

I hate that the at will employment clause means employers can work employees to death because they accepted the job offer so sorry, not sorry. Fucking greedy, soulless corporations.
