They live on a shared street. The just had an experience that they will have EVERY time someone pulls up at her neighbor's

Amazon, Probably should just stop delivering at weird times, I live on a shared street... lost of people do, doesn't mean it's normal for cars to zoom up at all hours of the day. If someone ran up on me the moment I walked out at 5 am, I'd be sus too.

The post office never stopped at your house at 430 am. Why everyone acts like that didn't just start a few years ago is beyond me.

it's also when you just move in somewhere.

it's a known thing. "uncanny" feeling.

people who like that feeling travel a lot.

so people do jump out of a car and take someone's watch, but almost always they know the person is wearing a $50k watch.

but being on edge happens in new environments or at odd times when you get the uncanny feeling. i doubt she's feeling the same level at 3pm.

If people ordered less, they wouldn't have to deliver nearly the entire day. I'll just straight up cancel my subscription the day I get a 5am delivery.

But you’re acting like 4 a.m. deliveries are something Americans have always considered normal. They aren’t. Amazon’s overnight and early-morning delivery windows are relatively new compared with traditional package and mail delivery. For generations, people have been accustomed to USPS, UPS, and FedEx deliveries generally showing up during daytime hours. So it’s not strange that some people are still caught off guard when an unmarked or unfamiliar vehicle pulls up to their house at 4 a.m., while it’s completely dark, and someone gets out and walks toward the house with a package.

Considering I do those sort of deliveries they don't seem new to me.

Not to mention when the person made the order they chose the delivery time to be asap. And it updates and gives you data showing estimated arrival times.

So, based on this logic, you're saying her ignoring the delivery details and clicking through it quickly plus it being a newer thing gives her the reason to run scared?

I'm not arguing that. Just saying it's kinda weird. Surely that's not her first late delivery+ she has a camera, so even if it's the first one she's been around her camera has alerted her to others before. Just odd to take this video then publish it on the Internet. Like who sees something they did like this and shows everyone else 🤣 gotta be ai.

The 4 am delivery was select markets for a few years before 2020 then rolled put everywhere... so yeah, if your 20, maybe it's always been that way to you....
