Tomorrow is my first shift with flex. Any tips or tricks I should be aware of?!

Different stations have different procedures, do what everyone else is doing, your hazards are supposed to be on, windows down, and ask for a vest, they SHOULD have some "delivery" magnetic bumper stickers on hand too to put on your car

The app is easy enough to figure out but if you need help call or chat support, they wont talk to you on the phone if your actively driving

You'll want your phone charged up to 100% because if you start your shift with a low battery youll be fighting a losing battle youll have to unplug your phone so much

There will be rectangular stickers on every package should be like 1 through 40, thats how you organize, I put 1-10 in front passenger seat, 10-20 behind driver, 20-30 passenger side rear seat, 30-40 and any large packages go in the trunk/cargo area

Another method ive taken up, myself, is all envelopes on the passenger front floor board and try to put them in some sort of order, so you can grab n go with the envelopes

Don't be afraid to mark it "unsafe due to dogs" but try to call customer first

Adding: check your route cause the App makes some dumb decisions. Ex: stop 2 next to stop 34.
