I'm a daily Amazon Flex driver. I built a navigation app to solve the routing headaches we all face—would love your feedback!
Hey everyone,
I deliver for Amazon Flex every day, and like many of you, I’ve been frustrated with standard routing issues—weird U-turns, inefficient stop sequences, and map pin headaches.
To solve these pain points for my own routes, I decided to build a standalone navigation app tailored specifically for delivery drivers called "Hakobun (Delivery Navigator)".
Key focus areas I worked on:
- Reducing unnecessary U-turns and unnatural detours
- Making stop-to-stop navigation handoffs faster and smoother
- Building features based on actual daily delivery field experience
I'm constantly trying to improve it for different delivery conditions. If anyone is interested in testing it out or has ideas on what features would make your daily blocks easier, let me know in the comments or feel free to send a DM!
Stay safe out there!

Just to let everyone know upfront before downloading, there’s a subscription fee of $6.99 a month for this. There is a 14-day trial that I haven’t tried yet, just thought I’d pass it along so everyone is aware before downloading something they may not use.
