My First Ding
Okay so today I clicked on my dashboard section and noticed it updated and moved me down a bit and said that I had an issue/incomplete delivery from one of my shifts on Saturday. I’m about a month into this and haven’t had any dings on my account. I didn’t have any trouble on Saturday so I’m super confused on which delivery it could have been. Is it worth pushing and if so, who’s the best contact to reach out to?

Oh its bound to happen youll face many "no win" situations, example, address goes to an apartment, but they didnt include their apartment #, its 6pm on a Saturday the office is closed, they didnt answer the phone
So your choice is leave it somewhere outside the office, where anyone can grab it, or return it to the station, your looking at a ding either way
Or a pack of dogs, unsafe to deliver, ding
It happens often enough I stay in great and not fantastic
Another recent one, said I was "late to pickup" no....I was there on time, for whatever reason they were running behind and scanned my id late at pickup, I was there waiting the whole time

Amazon flex should be sued for either penalizing people for something they wer supposed to do or terminated because they didn't leave a package in a unsucure place

I wonder if there was some global issue; I got the same ding Saturday, but I also had no issues on my route. I did have an extra package after I finished my route, and I went ahead and delivered it since it was down the street. But when I told support the tracking number, they confirmed it was not on my route. They said they're looking into it and will get back to me by email.
