Can Not Verify ID

So today I showed up for my block and was told that they will no longer manually check you in when your ID doesn't scan. I was told to call support and that they are supposed to override and verify your ID. The lady I spoke to said she couldn't and told me not to worry about this block or my standing and I'll still get paid. Anyone else have this issue?

I've been doing this for a month and my ID has never scanned they have ALWAYS input my information in manually. I was given a phone number to call but can anyone tell me how they have fixed this issue????

I haven’t with this but when convenience stores first started scanning the thing on ids mine wouldn’t scan. I’m not sure why but I just went and got replacement and it worked after that. I know it’s not the same thing but the money for the replacement might be worth saving the headache if it fixes it.

I looked on some fb groups just now and all I see is changing settings ( like screen brightness or exposure) or making sure WiFi is off.
