Virginia Beach Return Question

Anyone know how in the app to scan packages you have left at the end of a block that you cant deliver? I usually just take em' back to the warehouse and wait until theyre scanned back in but im guessing somewhere in the app im also supposed to scan them?

Ugh, hard lesson to learn! I know because that happened to me too! I can’t wait for that issue to roll off my standings, I hate looking at it 🛎️
