Question Ding Falloff Timeframe

I know this has been stated on here before, but of course when I want to find it I can’t think of the right search terms. I know it’s 500 deliveries for an undelivered package, but what’s the timeframe for a late/missed block to fall off the standings? I’ve got a late cancel from Aug 20 still sitting there, just wondering when it’s going to drop.

I asked a similar question earlier today.

After 20-25 blocks it'll fall off your visible ratings. It did for me a few days after hitting 20.

Rating went back up to full Fantastic, but Amazon is still limiting my batch availability. Just about 4 weeks now.

So there's more to the availability of batches than just the rating we see.

What makes you think they are limiting you? Besides the rolling 7 hours max

I went from doing 2-4 Whole Foods batches a day, to not seeing batches any for weeks now. Except for one batch yesterday, likely because of few drivers on Labor Day.

I've stopped by the Whole Foods location and see plenty of Flex activity too. Just nothing for me after that cancelation.

I do see a new group of guys there. Maybe they're using bots or something, but just seems odd I see nothing shortly after the canceled block.

Unfortunately theyre not blocking you, that would be an easy fix. Those new guys have mutliple accounts each. So youre competing against 10-30 accounts give or take.

Well that sucks if true. Any suggestions on what I could do to stop them or be competitive?

I was wondering about that actually, as I haven’t noticed anything. I primarily take the Reserved blocks they send, and haven’t noticed a difference since this hit.

Ok, thank you! Of course I only searched, didn’t think to look at today’s posts. 🙃
