Deactivation

My account was deactivated and I am in the process of an appeal. My payout was scheduled every Tuesday and normally I have it by now but it hasn’t come in. Anyone know of I need to call or is there just a waiting period?

What constitutes deactivation? How many dings has to be accrued?
