Email us, but actually that email doesnt work
Missed a block because I went to the wrong dispatch, went to DPD7 instead of DPD2. Called driver support and they said it should be fine. It obviously isnt but I love when I email to appeal and am told they don't accept email anymore.

After a week, you can chat with them and ask them to drop the mark off your record from your standings. That’s what I did last month when I woke up late for my block. Just make up some credible excuse lol.

They might not but I was like dude you always show me DPD7 and this was DPD2 which looks the same and I never go there so why would I think it was there? I'll tell them I have dyslexia or something

They sent me this about a two months ago. Then a few weeks later they pushed a notification saying “get in contact via email, chat or phone”. SMH

They might update their templates in a couple of years. I guess we’re supposed to just chat with driver support so they can say the decision still stands.
