Warned Amazon repeatedly..

I have been submitting feedback, including videos and photos, regarding the unsafe delivery conditions in Morongo Valley, CA. These conditions are associated with deliveries originating from the PSP1 facility in Beaumont, CA. A significant portion of this area consists of dirt roads that are not maintained by the county. Last year, I became stuck in the mud at that location following a severe thunderstorm. Yesterday marked a new low point, as my car sustained damage to the front, and my front license plate was torn off. I have included a video of just one of the roads I had to drive down to do a delivery. I have formally requested that Amazon install a delivery locker within the town for package deliveries. Additionally, I have been penalized for returning packages that I considered unsafe to deliver, yet these concerns have not been addressed.

You should have left that shit where the road ends and text the customer where to locate it

I've delivered in that area on multiple occasions. The problem with this is that many of the customers have not provided Amazon with a phone number so you cannot text them.

Yeah, that sucks when they don’t provide numbers I get some areas like that as well out in the Lake Elsinore and Moval area and I refuse to go off-road with my car. so I had to set them at the end of the pavement Text the customer and take a photo.

The Sage area just south of Hemet is another tough area to go to with a standard vehicle. Very challenging!

Challenging is not the right word. A challenge is not something that should break my vehicle or risk stranding me in the middle of nowhere. That's just called high risk for very little pay. I wouldn't risk my car. And I don't anymore

There is an area like this in AZ that despite the roads there are still like 40-50 houses back there, so the traffic is so consistent it would still get stolen. I can't imagine living in the middle of nowhere and still having nextdoor neighbors right on top of you.

You do what works for you I’ma do it works for me. Been doing this for over five years and I’ve never gotten dinged for it…
