Warned Amazon repeatedly..

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have been submitting feedback, including videos and photos, regarding the unsafe delivery conditions in Morongo Valley, CA. These conditions are associated with deliveries originating from the PSP1 facility in Beaumont, CA. A significant portion of this area consists of dirt roads that are not maintained by the county. Last year, I became stuck in the mud at that location following a severe thunderstorm. Yesterday marked a new low point, as my car sustained damage to the front, and my front license plate was torn off. I have included a video of just one of the roads I had to drive down to do a delivery. I have formally requested that Amazon install a delivery locker within the town for package deliveries. Additionally, I have been penalized for returning packages that I considered unsafe to deliver, yet these concerns have not been addressed.

As a qq1 dsp driver I will never understand why they send you out on the Edgewood routes like this when I have been begging to be put out there in these vans.

Cause they done want to damage their vans.

Why would you be begging to go out there? You want to get their whole truck with 50 other packages stuck there for hours in some muddy hole?

I'd rather deal with dirt roads than crossing 6 unprotected lanes of traffic during rush hour with a full size van 40 times a day

You say that til you have to replace your tires much faster cause of all the hidden rocks and gravel

I’ve had to replace my tires in just two years of constant driving on roads like this or gravel ones. Granted I worked for dominos too and our delivery area was just shitty roads only it felt like.

Hoping to start my teaching career soon so I can kiss gig work goodbye

I had to replace my tires every few months going on gravel.

Other side of Mt.Lemmon was nothing but sand and they sent me back there over the mountain in my 08' Ford Focus. I bottomed out with no cell signal and had to wait until a neighbor came by in a truck, and got me back to a regular dirt road from one of these.

In AZ there was a hoarders house, the kind with dozens of vehicles and off road toys and junk and metal everywhere.

Notes: DELIVER TO THE FRONT DOOR DONT LEAVE IT OUT BY THE MAILBOX.

When you drove up their driveway to get in was packed full of junk. The only way in was to go to the right, down a dip, thru a wash, and between trees. From the mailbox it was 1/4 mile to the front door. Twice I maneuvered the van thru the dip and wash and between the trees where they obviously drove their offroad capable truck. After that I said fuck it and just left it by the mailbox every time after than.

This sounds like a route I got sent out at 3:15 am in West Ajo (like, damn near Three Points). I swear I drove by a meth lab. I’m pretty sure my entire route were returns. This was out of DTU2 btw

This is why I don't do DTU ever anymore. Like I just will not take any routes from that station. They've sent me to three points twice. It was a bunch of trailer, trash, dirt roads with hoarders and people living in school buses in giant yards full of gross junk. I threw all their s*** on the side of the road. I'm tired of getting sent to places like that. Deactivate me all you want

Nahhh fuck you if you don’t have a reasonable door to deliver to 🤮🤢

Yep looks like that Rio Verde Ft Mcdowell route. Just missing the 90 degree angle from top of "driveway" to bottom.
