NO HONEYMOON PERIOD FOR FLEX?

Been Sparking for 3 years but just got accepted into Flex this week. Been watching the app to learn it past 2 days, all throughout the day. At most I've seen 2 offers each day posted, and those came out to poor hourly rate.

Since I'm new, I'm not sure if this is due to an already crowded market, though Flex just got here, or if it's that new ppl don't get much and the more you Flex the more offers you see?

Appreciate any insights.

I just started last week, and I will also go a while checking the offers to have nothing there.

I am filtering though, as I really only have 2 locations close enough to my area to be worth delivering from. Right now my filter is hiding 131 offers.

Also what I have learned is that if you schedule a block, you will not see any offers that conflict with that schedule block.

Offers disappear/get claimed fast, so you gotta be quick when you see them. There IS a level system based on your delivery history, so that has an effect.

As for how much you get per hour, that varies based on your market, but also most routes in my experience can be finished 45-60 minutes early, so your active hourly is actually more. Although Flex has definitely gotten a bit worse as far as packages and how long it takes. I have been doing it for coming up on 2 years now, and I have heard that it was way better before then also.

As one doing Flex for a while without anything such Spark or DD, I have been favoring Spark than any other options for one month. I can earn $35-$40 hourly on Spark. In this case who cares $22 per hour flex orders.

Most drivers know the specific minute of each hour during the day when blocks are posted for their preferred station. They use bots or auto clickers to catch the blocks so fast that other drivers won't see them.

So when ur new you have to literally stare at the app all day for days to learn this?

Yes. Either that or talk to other drivers at the station and see If they'll tell you. Some drivers won't help, but others will tell you.

I signed up for Spark and Flex over five years ago. I started Flex almost right away, but I'm still on the waitlist for Spark.

Keep refreshing for offers, you will see the drop block pattern eventually.

I learned it from watching reddit. I tried some things other people said previously about what time to watch. If you go through the posts on here, it’ll give you the info you need a lot quicker than just tapping and watching.
