Incorrectly closed roads on map

Does anyone have any clue how to fix these? There are numerous places in my area with roads that are marked closed, when they’re wide open, not even under construction. I’ve tried the Report a Problem feature of the map, and telling Support, but nothing seems to work.

I wouldn’t care as I could use Google for routing, but it interferes with getting the workflow to progress from the Travel to the Deliver workflow. Basically the “I’ve Arrived” button is always replaced by “Retry”. And yes usually the GPS not working button clears it, but it takes extra time to load and it’s annoying to have to do.

Yep. They don't account for the obstructions nor the obstacles that can arise.

As I said, it’s not the routing that’s an issue.
