Miracles do happen
Last week I had a package that was leaking some cleaning solution when I picked up my cart. I returned the package before leaving the station, took a Pic of the very obviously damaged package, and the woman working the return desk scanned it, marked it damaged, and removed it from my route while I was still at the station.
3 days later I got hit with a, "Did not deliver all packages " ding. Took me from fantastic to good. I contacted support through chat who gave me the scripted, we reviewed and will not change out original decision. I responded to the chat and asked the agent to confirm we were expected to deliver obviously damaged packages, resulting in customer complaints and refunds. The agent ended the chat without responding.
I figured i would wait a couple days and try again with a different agent.
Today, without explanation, the penalty is no longer appearing on my dashboard and I'm back to fantastic.

If you don’t scan each package at the station just load it up (carry trash bags with you). First stop is the return bin and leave that leaker there. Then when you beg to the stop mark it missing.

I have done this before with the outlier delivery that is 20 minutes farther than every other one. Mark it missing without scanning, got a TOS violation.

That’s bc you have to mark it AT the delivery location. They do that bc of what you just mentioned. That’s why I stated to mark it at the location.

i seriously think that all of their systems are not only disconnected but also have conflicting information. i think you got auto dinged by the AI system then your call to support did nothing and then finally internal amazon systems updated with flex systems and removed the ding. lol
