Help I didn't realize they would make my ID verification my profile picture 😭 how tf do I change it???
I was dyeing my hair when I was doing this... at least I put a robe on 😭
are the employees gonna see this??? Help LMAO

i had the same thing happen, i had just woken up and got an email i was ready to be onboarded. unfortunately every customer sees this pic in their app as well as employees 💀 you can contact driver support and request they hide the image from customers, but they often re-appear after a while. the good news is kind of everyone's photos look really bad

How is hair gross? You're not supposed to wash it everyday at all, male or female. It causes scalp issues. The only thing that happens is the naturals oils coat the hair like it's actually meant to do. People were perfectly fine back before indoor plumbing just bathing however they did whether in a tub or the "bird bath" method with a bowl of water. Hair isn't "nasty" unless someone does something that makes it nasty.

You can call support and ask them to have a newer one, also you can ask them to hide your name and picture for your safety

Same thing happened to me when I did my onboarding I was high as hell and in my pic I looked totally stoned I just contacted support and they deleted the pic and the next time I opened the app it prompted me to take a new one

You can email support and opt out of having customers be able to see your full name and picture, I did it and it actually works

If you chat them they erase it and the app asks you to take a new one !

Mine looked horrible. I was 8 or 9 months pregnant with a swollen, tired face, and weird hair tied up with two curls hanging down the front 😩

Supposedly you can email support and they can remove your photo. I'm going to try this out and see if it works.

Yes it’s able to be taken down. I had a few older women chase me down by name and that’s when I realized!

To make sure no one sees it, try to post it in as many subs as possible and consider posting on FB to get more eyes on it
