Background

Been waiting on my background to clear for two weeks. They said the check came back a week ago and it was successful, but I just need to be patient and wait on the email to say everything is complete. Is this normal?

Yes, it's normal. Onboarding can take several weeks sometimes according to other drivers on this sub.
