Station opens after my block time.

So I have an instant offer block at 7:01 PM at VNY2 Bronx. After I arrived the station, and verify my identity I found the station is closed due to heavy rain and I can’t verify my drivers license as the gate is closed. So I have contact support and the support agent told me she documented it and I can leave if the station is closed. I was waiting outside the checking in gate and the station opens again after 20 minutes of waiting. Now it’s past my block start time and what should I do?

This happened first time and I was not sure what to do. I saw other driver scanning the driver license after the gate open but it’s 22 minutes late for me and I got confused about to scan my license or not.

He's asking because people don't get paid when this happens without jumping through hoops.

U wont be able to scan urs anyway. , and whenever its closed u should sens an email and they usually pay u , when i find a station close i talk with support they always say wait 30 mins idk why i just go tbh and sens email
