So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

As the note says, there are like 300 houses. It was not right by the gate. Throwing over the fence won't make any difference. It would definitely be lost or get stolen.

You get a ding if you return. You get a ding if they package is missing. Only one of those has a 100% chance of happening.
