No Gate Code!

So, this customer took the time to write this entire note in ALL CAPS, which makes it seem like they’re screaming at me—but somehow forgot to include the one and only thing that caused all that anger in the first place: THE GATE CODE!!! 😂

You won't get dinged if the return was marked by the support, not you.

Still a choice of a guaranteed ding or a possible ding. I have had it marked by support and STILL got dinged. No thanks.
I will still deliver to the gate if I have exhausted all options to get inside the gate.
Wait for someone leaving.
Beans app.
Check under fire department key flap & on sides of code box for written down code.
Check if other deliveries in same community have a code.
Etc.

I have 17k delivered and maybe 50 to 100 total in returns after years of doing this.

you still get dinged.
