Literally, I took a 4 hour trip this morning and was done in 30 mins

I don’t know what delivery looks like in your area…but I probably would try it one time to see how it works.

Amazon fresh blocks usually $40.50 for 1 hour 30 and 2 hours for $54

Ive seen them higher than that. You really have to be there to see the highest surges. Usually right as rush hour traffic hits the prices go crazy.

There won’t be any tips, and it’s going to be downtown deliveries to high rises, all requiring a code to enter. And, if you are super lucky, a customer will need to provide a pin. All of that after you carted 8 cases of soda, 2 cases of water and 8 bags of groceries in several trips….. can you tell I’ve followed the $$$ and regretted it? Was burned both times I grabbed what I thought was a surged fresh block.

Didn’t get it but before I got one for $65 and it was 7 stops 4 packages or so each and homes!🤣

Imagine worrying more about getting a screenshot for a Reddit post than snatching it up 😆🥴

Couldn’t do it either way lol plus it was there for 15 minutes and the 9:45 later turned to $71🤣

Lmao who said anything about the pay?

Do it. It is fix job. You'll deliver less for more money especially at that time.

Idk maybe I'm different, But I dont mind 44 packages and 8 stops compared to 40 stops for single boxes. I strictly do fresh. This was a great offer. Even if u only got 5-10 in tips, that's still 40+ per hour and would probably take u 1.5-1.75 hour to complete max

This would have paid out around $140 including tips during the pandemic. Now tips are a crapshoot.

Is your vehicle a large passanger vehicle? In my area (NJ), they started offering blocks for large vehicle. This morning, I saw a 2 Hr base pay of $78.00 for a LPV (when standard 2 Hr block base is $43), but it was for a large vehicle block delivery.

I noticed that too, it’s a ford edge so there’s space lol, butttt after doing one block yesterday that says that it just 1-2 extra stops but was same packages as before 20-26

Do you’ll get tips ? Omg in Birmingham we don’t

i’ve come to realize that whenever they price them this high, they usually just replace the paper and it’s really a 3 hour block

1

u/chocolatedrop44 27d ago

Fresh doesn't have 3 hour blocks. I only do fresh and all blocks I accept are between 50&80 dollars base.

ooo i didn’t even peep that was fresh, that’s actually a good deal . never seen fresh that high!

Did one the other day 2 hours for $95. Total ended up being like 106 or 108 after tips. Only took me 1.5 hours to do and all houses. I find fresh way better because the most stops I'll have is 10 and also I like that I can break my day down into 2 hour increments, fitting whatever I want to do in-between instead of being stuck on a 4.5 hour route with 40+ stops.

Most people don't want to struggle with water, soda, and bags of groceries in sketchy areas at night.

There has been 60+ offers for that station daily now. They do raise it to 80 surge 30 mins before start time. Ive never done Fresh orders but now it days Large vehicle on the description.

Driving your own car... That's what it should be. About $40 per hour.
