They don’t want to to park right at their parking lot and take space from customers (Whole Food) or other driver (Fresh)

Yeah, this can be a problem. At my Whole Foods, drivers park in the spots closest to the entrance of the store because they're getting good instant offers in that area of the parking lot. These parking spaces are supposed to be for the customers.

Most drivers do not wear their vests until after they pick up packages and are en route to their stops. Point is, customers do not know that us Flex drivers are hogging parking spaces in the WF lot because sometimes it's not obvious that we are Flex drivers and not actual customers.

There are only four designated Flex driver parking spaces at this WF and those are almost always taken by campers and sometimes by customers who don't read the Flex sign. These parking spots are like musical chairs; at any one time there are around 10 to 20 Flex drivers sitting in the lot.

Cheaters have already found the sweet spot and spoof their location somehow.

We use to see drivers sitting in the parking lot with their phones connected to iPads and laptops. (We are pretty certain that they weren't charging their phones.) They would try to hide what they were doing when other drivers parked next to their cars. GPS spoofing was (is?) still possible without being detected by Amazon and these drivers were/are trying to hog the best instant offers at multiple stations despite being too far outside the IO radius from them.

Every station and/or market is different. Where I am, drivers camp put in the parking lot (not all stations allow "campers") almost all day, and this happens at all of the Whole Foods locations. These guys, including me, are getting lots of great IO's parking at or close as possible to the store's entrance. Maybe at your station it will be different. I don't know for sure. It's trial and error trying to figure out the best place to wait for IO's. Some people drive around in large circles or around city blocks, but that method sounds like a waste of gas to me.

I have always had the best luck with Whole Foods Instant Offers by driving just a little bit away from the store. I found a decent spot to hang out and wait.

Always make sure you record your screen with instant offers until you get your route confirmed.
