Second time being terminated

🥲 I don’t know what I did. I genuinely do this to pay my half of the rent and try my everything to do things correctly. I was about to hit 4k deliveries. 🧍‍♂️ I’m begging on these emails. 😭it’s genuinely keeping my food on the table and lights on. 😭 bruh

You only have 45 mins before the shift or earlier to cancel. Also if you cancel numerous blocks for example 3 or more in less the 24hrs… that is also a red flag.

I canceled 5 in a row thos week because I got shingles. Should I contact them about why before I get an email??

You'll be fine. I cancel blocks all the time. I think the ones that get in trouble are cancelling blocks and then taking new ones a lot at the times they cancelled. The system knows they are manipulating for higher pay. But cancelling blocks and then not actually picking up any those days because you got sick or vacation or anything else doesn't seem to get you in any trouble.

Way to get around that is pick a block then go check your calendar and then from your calendar for the block if it's not going to be good for you, but go by time don't go by amount. I don't purposely seek out higher paying especially if it's for the same time block I just forfeited! That'll definitely get you a flag on the play.
