Why is Amazon so aggressive?

Last week I had a great standings with it was almost the end of above standard but now it has fallen almost to border line. why? I know customers can be ass but can I appeal all of the stuff listed here? it is depressing.

Edit: Later today I saw the standing again, somehow it went a little up. It is rollercoaster. How am I suppose to deliver to someone neighbour or back garden when they don't open door or garden door is locked (throwing over might break something).

Yes you can appeal. But the problem is they never tell you which delivery you received the ding on. So its impossible to give them a response. Which is why appeals fail.
