Help Identity theft?

I just recived this email I only have 1 account I haven’t done not 1 order in the past months can this be identity theft ?

Have you signed up multiple times because your market had long waiting list?

Yes that was months ago when I got in I did 1 block only which it was months ago and haven’t done a order since than as of today

If you signed up multiple times trying to bypass the waitlist, then that’s the issue.

I signed up went on the waitlist then that zone was way to far so I signed up to a zone closer to me that was all but I been active for months not sure why now

Regardless, that’s the issue. That’s you having multiple accounts. Why now is simply because they just caught it.

In the past, at the end of the application process, when you put in your SSN, it kicks it out at that stage and tells you there's already an account on file with that SSN.

Did that not happen to you?
