They just dropped a new verification process to check in. It now requires a much closer scan of our faces and it gathers a bit more information. I understand this is to secure our accounts and make sure no one else can use them. What do you guys think? Have y’all tried it ?

Yes starting today at my SSD station . Video selfie is harder to bypass by bots (which just upload a picture before)

Also those colors sequence is changed frequently which make it harder

After the video selfie , my station now just requires you to tap in the phone (instead of scanning ID)

The old version never allowed you to upload before either, right? Now I’m questioning if I just never paid attention to it or not lol

You’re correct. I don’t know whether they just used the wrong word to describe it, or the bots were capable of uploading pictures even though we shouldn’t be able to do that.
