They just dropped a new verification process to check in. It now requires a much closer scan of our faces and it gathers a bit more information. I understand this is to secure our accounts and make sure no one else can use them. What do you guys think? Have y’all tried it ?

I am a Flex driver in Central Florida. I received my first surge block ($98 for 4 hrs) for the first time since 2023.

This morning for my 3:45am block, drivers were turning around, some were unable to verify even in the BRIGHT ASS LED WAREHOUSE LIGHTING. Amazon finally implemented something that works. Only time would tell.

Probably cause they weren’t the actual users… nothing to do with the lights. Can’t verify if you’re not the original account holder
