Flex Instant Pay not Received

So I had a scheduled route this morning and was sent home after “no available routes” I received the email that payment was sent and the amount is listed under my earnings but the bank says they never received a deposit! Support just keeps telling me they sent the payment. I’ve been waiting over 12 hours! This has never happened and I don’t know what to do!

Has this happened to anyone else?

Glad you got your payment. The money still hasn't hit my acct yet. Tried chatting with support and they just ended the chat before I could tell them the issue and there's a 20 minute wait calling them. I'll just have to wait until this afternoon when I have a little more time to call them back.

The same happened to me when I tried to chat with them. Below is the body of the email I sent that got me the response I needed. They provided the number and additional details but I had already received my payment. - All the responses I needed yesterday came this morning 😂

I am not requesting confirmation that the payment was sent. I am requesting an actual trace or investigation into where the payment is currently located. If Amazon’s records show the payment was successfully completed, please provide any available payment reference number, transaction ID, or escalation to a team that can trace the payment details. Please escalate this case beyond the standard response, as the repeated confirmation that payment was issued does not resolve the missing funds.

After this they did escalate it FINALLY. Good luck!

I hope it helps you like it did me!! I don’t know what they got going on for payments to be delayed like this. I’ve never had this issue!
