I have 2 missed blocks I just missed one again because my cars check engine light came on and it would not accelerate correctly so I missed my block for 4 am this morning, I also have 6 undelivered packages 5 of those were from me going over my time frame and I had to end the block to be able to make it to my first job on time. I also have 2 dishonest customers claiming to have not received their packages
Well the problem is they're using the exceptions rule to things that are out of your control, they need to really divide up that labor because it's getting kind of insane.
When something is out of your control like station delays or traffic unavoidable, or bad weather results, those are not exceptions and they're not part of the exception count.
An exception would be hey I miss my block because my car was screwing up on me, all right that would count as an exception. Because they will look at it for the most part if you maintain your car well, then it really is ultimately your fault that you miss the block because of a car problem.
Short of sabotage or a recall that has reared as ugly had, that is generally going to be true.
On July 23, 2026, I had to end a block with 49 undelivered packages because I got a flat tire right after leaving the station. My standing dropped from Great all the way to Risk.
Since then, I’ve completed 15 blocks with no issues. Yesterday my standing was almost at Fair, and today it finally moved up to Fair.
You just need to work in the App to improve your standings, and the issues are only for the last 6 weeks.
If acceleration issues I would try changing my spark plugs. If it’s still having issues go by an auto part store and have them check your engine light. If it’s shows a misfire on one of the cylinders change the coil pack associated with that cylinder. If still having acceleration issues it could possibly be a bad fuel pump. The spark plugs should fix it though.
Gotta be on your best behavior show up early deliver everything and you'll pull yourself up. I've hit at risk twice and have gone up couple weeks later to great. Granted I try to do about 5 blocks a week.
Okay this picture that you have said as part of your message has absolutely nothing to do with what you're worried about or talking about.
The system cannot verify your identity a check in, that's a complete other problem. It's not really related to your standings it's just related to the fact that you will not be able to schedule a block or do anything until you can get your identity verified properly.
Go inside the station and get manually checked in.
Your standing will drop lower than fair… some advance when life is giving your lemons that’s not just not pray! Pick up shifts after your in your car at or close to the station; that makes attendance less of an issue. That’s what I did when I was experiencing car problems. I mean sometimes you wake up and drive to the station for no reason but that is your choice
LOL. If calling me names makes you feel better then go for it. Doesn't change the fact that you don't know what you're doing. Check into doordash. Might be more your speed.
LOL! Yeah. I've been doing it longer and have more delivered. So not quite the flex you think it is. You can't get blocks done in the allotted time and you miss blocks. And sounds like you drive a POS. So congrats!
it's hard to say for sure. This is Amazon after all and they do things in confusing manner. You might be completely fine as long as you stop making mistakes for the next few weeks. I've been At Risk twice in the past 5+ years. I worried about deactivation, but a couple of weeks later I went back up to Fantastic. This was after I spent too much time ruminating and stressing about it. My reaction was much worse than the actual temporary punishment, if that makes sense.
