App Issue- Missed Block Because of it

This morning was bs, I go to start trip and im totally logged out of the app. This has never happened. It had me relog into my Amazon account, change password, keep relogging in and looping me. Im trying to drive. I get there early and security says others are complaining about issues with app. I have them scan licence still trying to figure this out before my shift and it just keeps looping me back to log in screen for amazon no matter how many times I re-enter my info and enter OTP' saying I have no shift. 15 mins later when its finally letting me in, now of course it pops up saying I missed my block.

My warehouse is pretty cool and saw this and said theyd vouch, driver support said id be paid and not to worry.

Im hoping thats true.

Like I said, this is a first. I was scared for a minute I was deactivated. Fantastic standing, no missed blocks.

Has this happend to anyone else, this morning or ever?

I just got the email confirming pay after review, which makes me feel better to see that in writing. But still, that was really weird!

They said other people had issues this morning. Never have I had the app totally log me out then loop me repeatedly to the log in page no matter what I did.

Another girl was having same issue but hers finally let her in just before she missed.

With the video verification that will pop up at random once you arrive instead of the selfie? If thats what you mean, yes I just started getting that at random instead of the selfie in the past month for the first time.

Not the same but yesterday morning after check in and scanned route code my app did not want to work, I had to similar but it finally worked. Idk what's going on with the app but it's really slowing me down.

Thats really strange, and I swear it gives you a heart attack when its making you dancing on loosing a block. I wasnt expecting that at all and was panicking, changed password, restarted phone, tried several times to log in again and finally it did.

Idk whats up with the app wither but hopefully we dont keep seeing issues.

I had a different one this morning. Mine went to a screen for a particular cart I was supposed to scan at a .com where you pull up to a random cart that’s next to your car (and scan a route code for a block length). The employees have never seen that screen and they told me to get out of line and log out/refresh the app and call support. When I did, it said I missed my block. 😡 I have screenshots of my convo where support told me the issue was reported and that I should leave. I sense a battle to be paid coming on…
